Refund Policy

We want you to be confident working with us. This policy explains how refunds work across our services.

1. No long-term contracts

Most of our services run month to month. You can cancel future renewals at any time — there are no long lock-in contracts.

2. Service-based refunds

• Account Management & Lead Generation: billed per cycle. If you cancel, you are not charged for the next cycle; the current cycle is delivered as agreed.
• Account Recovery: begins with a free diagnosis. Recovery fees are outcome-focused; specific refund terms are agreed before work starts.
• Connections & one-off services: refunds are available for undelivered work.

3. What is non-refundable

Work already performed and delivered, and third-party costs (e.g. ad spend, premium account fees) already incurred on your behalf, are non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email vibhanshu@techinrent.com or message us on WhatsApp with your details and reason. We review every request fairly and respond within 48 hours.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
