TechInRent provides done-for-you LinkedIn services including account management, lead generation, connection growth, account recovery, and hiring support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and any access required to deliver the service.
• Ensure your use of our services complies with LinkedIn's terms and applicable laws.
• Respond to reasonable requests so we can deliver results on time.

3. Compliance & account safety

We operate within LinkedIn's activity limits and prioritise account health. However, LinkedIn is a third-party platform whose policies and enforcement are outside our control. We do not guarantee against platform actions, though our methods are designed to minimise risk.

4. Results

We share realistic expectations based on experience, but specific outcomes (e.g. number of leads or meetings) depend on your offer, market, and responsiveness and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Fees & payment

Fees are as quoted and due per the agreed schedule. Late or non-payment may result in paused or suspended services.

6. Intellectual property

All website content is owned by TechInRent. Deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools and methods.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechInRent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
