Shift

Night shift, US business hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Pay

₹8,000 per month fixed, plus ₹5,000 per project per month

Eligibility

Freshers and final-year students

Compensation

A fixed base, and incentives with no cap

Fixed stipend/salary: ₹8,000 per month.
Incentive: ₹5,000 per project per month, paid for as long as the project runs.
Uncapped: the more projects you close, the more you earn.

Training

We teach you US IT marketing

Complete training covers the US staffing process, tax terms (C2C, W2), visa types and the technologies you will be marketing. No prior experience is required.

Market IT consultants to US clients and vendors
Build relationships with US vendors, implementation partners and direct clients
Share consultant profiles, follow up and coordinate interviews
Negotiate rates and keep daily reports up to date
