These terms govern TechInRent's done-for-you LinkedIn services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins, and that written agreement sits alongside this document.
Applies when you engage TechInRent for LinkedIn account rental, account management, lead generation, recovery or hiring support.
TechInRent provides done-for-you LinkedIn services including account rental, account management, lead generation, account recovery and hiring support. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
We operate within LinkedIn's activity limits and prioritise account health. Outreach is run by people with AI assistance, paced inside those limits. LinkedIn is a third-party platform whose policies and enforcement are outside our control, and we cannot promise against platform actions.
LinkedIn's User Agreement does not permit renting or sharing accounts. We reduce the risk with established profiles, human-paced activity and a consistent login environment, and we agree replacement terms in writing, but nobody can promise it away.
We share realistic expectations based on experience, but specific outcomes depend on your offer, market and responsiveness, and we do not commit to specific outcomes unless stated in writing.
Fees are as quoted and due per the agreed schedule. Late or non-payment may result in paused or suspended services.
All website content is owned by TechInRent. Deliverables created for you become yours on full payment, except our pre-existing tools and methods. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
