How we protect client accounts and data in our done-for-you LinkedIn work.
We operate within LinkedIn's activity limits. Outreach is run by people with AI assistance, paced inside those limits, and account health comes before volume.
LinkedIn's User Agreement does not permit renting or sharing accounts. We reduce the risk with established profiles, human-paced activity and a consistent login environment, and we agree replacement terms in writing, but nobody can promise it away.
Access to client accounts and data is restricted to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis, with activity logged. Our internal CRM enforces role-based permissions so each team member sees only what their role requires.
We treat your business information, target lists and messaging as confidential, and use them only to deliver your campaign.
If a security incident affects your data we will investigate immediately, contain it, and notify you without undue delay. Our notice will tell you what happened, what data was involved, what we have done, and what you should do.
We will not quietly absorb an incident that affects you. If it is bad news, you will hear it from us first.
TechInRent is a small company. We do not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification, and we will not imply that we do. Nor can anyone promise how LinkedIn will enforce its own rules; we reduce that risk and say so.
What we do offer: the controls described on this page, a signed Data Processing Agreement on request, honest answers to security questionnaires, and advance notice before anything on this page changes.

We will not pursue legal action against researchers who report in good faith, avoid privacy violations, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it.
